LEATHER CARE

• This is an authentic Edelina Joyce product.

• The product is made of genuine leather. Marks and irregularities that may be found on any leather product are what make these products unique and genuine; therefore we consider them characteristics of a genuine product.

• Leather products are known to age well and can last a lifetime if well taken care of. 

• Leather products are delicate and require careful handling to avoid scratching of the product. Avoid contact with water, grease, perfume, cosmetics and any other liquids. 

• Leather can be stained or discoloured if mishandled, exposed to prolonged heat, sunlight, and humid or damp conditions.  

• If necessary we recommend cleaning the product with a soft cloth. If in doubt always take your product to a leather care specialist.

• Genuine leather products should be stored in a protective bag, in a cool and dry environment. 

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

• Online payments are in USD currency. 

• All products are made to order, and require 5 -10 working days to dispatch. 

• For orders within Jordan, cash payment is acceptable with a 50% down payment to process the order, and the remaining balance to be paid upon delivery. 

• You will be notified once your order has dispatched. International orders will be provided with a tracking number.

• Shipping Fees will be applied once you input the delivery address at check out. 

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

• Refunds currently unavailable.

• Exchange for product of equal value is accepted within 3 days of delivery. Products must be returned clean, unworn, in original packaging, and have all their tags on. International customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 

• Exchange for made-to measure items not accepted.
